Dr. Milembe is a Medical Doctor with specialized training

and Child Health. She has a
combined professional experience in clinical medicine, Program management and clinical research. She
has
over 15 years of public health experience, providing technical assistance and coordination of
HIV/AIDS activities with particular emphasis in
Prevention of
Mother
to Child
Transmission
(PMTCT), Basic Emergency Obstetric and Neonatal Care (BEMONC),
Cervical Cancer Screening, Pediatric Care, Adolescents and Quality Improvement
activities. She has performed various roles around designing and implementation of gender sensitive SRH, HIV prevention, care and treatment
strategies and interventions that target key and vulnerable population both at Community and Facility
levels. She has also been responsible
for
leading and guiding staff to develop and deliver capacity-
building interventions. She has vast experiences in working with Ministry of Health in designing and delivering capacity building interventions and conducting supportive supervision, mentoring as well as monitoring and evaluation of programs.
